Independant Computer Consultant
- United Airlines: Contracted through AccessAble Inc. to deploy and administer NetWizard NT 4.0 Servers. Duties included: network setup and troubleshooting, software distribution, remote policy editing, Y2k inventory, client installation, domain management, implementing new test policies and creating custom scripts to expedite the process.
- TCI Cable: Contracted though Unison Systems to assess and implement necessary changes for Y2k compliance in accordance with AT&T BIS standards. Job duties performed included: configuring new NT workstations to the network, analyzing software and hardware compliance issues, troubleshooting network errors as they related to our mission, setting up users e-mail for use on MS Exchange servers as well as reviewing and editing implementation procedures.
- CyberX: Performed network setup and installs, hardware/software troubleshooting, and phone consultation. Worked with End-Users as a consultant, technician and tutor since June 1998, and am currently self-employed in this endeavor. Primary functions included upgrading computer systems, both hardware and software, as well as troubleshooting and repairing software and hardware problems. Individual and tutoring services were also provided.

U.S.M.C. - TMDE Repair Technician
Four years of hands on experience primarily in the component level repair and calibration of Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment. Intimately familiar with spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, frequency counters, function generators, multi-meters, network analyzers, micrometers, calipers, torque, pressure, and temperature standards. Finished first in the Marine Corps Test Instrument Repair course. This was an intense 8 hour a day, 11 month long school, covering electronics from its fundamentals to advanced theories and applications.
